Education Qualification :
- Essential Qualification: A degree of a recognised university or equivalent.
- Desirable Qualification: A diploma in Company Law, Labour Laws, or Public Administration.

Selection Process :
- Stage 1 – Recruitment Test (RT): Objective type (multiple choice), 2 hours duration, conducted in English and Hindi, carrying 300 marks. Wrong answers attract a penalty of one-third of the marks assigned to that question.
- Stage 2 – Interview: Carries 100 marks
- Weightage: RT : Interview = 75 : 25
- Minimum Qualifying Marks in Interview: General/EWS: 50 and above; OBC: 45 and above; SC/ST/PwBD: 40 and above (out of 100)
UPSC EPFO APFC Exam Scheme 2026
- The test will be of two hours duration
- All questions will carry equal marks.
- The test will be objective type questions with multiple choices of answer.
