Educational Qualification :
Class 1 to 5 : Level 1st :
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition, Norms and Procedure) Regulation, 2002. OR
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education). OR
- Graduation and two year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) passed.
Class 6 to 8 Level 2nd :
- Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)passed. OR
- At least 50% marks either in Graduation or post Graduation and B.Ed. passed or appearing in final year of Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). OR
- Graduation with at least 45% marksand1-yearB.Ed. passed, in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition, Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard. OR
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) OR
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year BA / B.Sc.Ed. or B.A.Ed./ B.Sc.Ed. OR

REET 2024 Selection Process
- The Selection on the basis of Written Exam.
- There are no negative markings in REET Exam 2021.
- Total No. of Questions / Marks are 150.
- Duration of the Examination will be 2 hours & 30 minutes.
- Examination Level 1 conducted for teachers of class 1st to 5th.
- Level 2 examination conducted for teachers of class 6th to 8th.
