The Uttar Pradesh Government has released the notification of UP Family ID Registration 2023. With the help of a new portal of Family ID Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan Scheme Uttar Pradesh Government will give Direct Benefit Transfer DBT Scheme Scholarship, Kanya Sumangala Yojana, Rojgaar Sangam (Sewa Yojna), Samman Nidhi, Etc. Uttar Pradesh government is implementing Parivar ID Yojana to enable the goal of providing job opportunities to all families whose registration has started from 09 February 2023.

UP Family ID Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan Eligibility

• All residents / families of Uttar Pradesh can register online to get their Family ID number.
• Ration card holders of Uttar Pradesh will not need to register in this family ID, their ration card will be called their family ID.
• As the name of the scheme is Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan, accordingly the beneficiaries can get the family ID number of their family by updating the information of their entire family on the portal.

UP Family ID Registration 2023 क्या है –

ऐसे सभी परिवार जो राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा योजना के पात्र नहीं हैं, यानी जिनके पास राशन कार्ड नहीं है, वह परिवार आईडी बनवा सकेंगे, जबकि राशन कार्ड धारक परिवारों की राशन कार्ड आईडी ही उनकी परिवार आईडी मानी जाएगी। मुख्य सचिव ने इस संबंध में आदेश जारी कर दिया है।

जरूरी है आईडी बनना एक परिवार एक पहचान योजना के तहत प्रत्येक परिवार को एक विशिष्ट पहचान जारी की जाएगी, जिससे राज्य की परिवार इकाइयों का एक लाइव व्यापक डेटाबेस बनेगा। यह डेटाबेस लाभार्थीपरक योजनाओं के प्रबंधन, योजना का समयबद्ध लक्ष्यीकरण, पात्र व्यक्तियों तक योजना का लाभ पहुंचाने में सहायक होगा।

वयस्क कर सकेंगे आवेदन

परिवार का कोई वयस्क सदस्य स्वयं एवं परिवार के अन्य सदस्यों की ओर से परिवार आईडी पोर्टल के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकता है। यदि कोई आवेदक फैमिली आईडी बनाने के लिये स्वयं आवेदन करता है, तो किसी भी प्रकार का यूजर चार्ज देय नहीं होगा।

जनसेवा केन्द्रों के माध्यम से आवेदन करने पर 30 रुपये शुल्क देना होगा। परिवार आईडी बनवाने के लिए आवेदन के सत्यापन की प्रक्रिया ई-डिस्ट्रिक्ट पोर्टल की तरह होगी, जिसके तहत उल्लिखित परिवार एवं परिवार के सदस्यों का सत्यापन शहरी क्षेत्रों में उप जिलाधिकारी द्वारा संबंधित लेखपाल के माध्यम से और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में खंड विकास अधिकारी द्वारा संबंधित ग्राम पंचायत अधिकारी/ग्राम विकास अधिकारी के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा योजना के तहत राशन कार्ड धारकों को परिवार आईडी बनवाने की जरूरत नहीं होगी। उनकी राशन कार्ड आईडी ही परिवार आईडी होगी।

3.59 करोड़ परिवारों को नहीं बनवानी होगी

शासनादेश के मुताबिक वर्तमान में उत्तर प्रदेश में निवास कर रहे लगभग 3.59 करोड़ परिवार एवं 14.92 करोड़ व्यक्ति राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा योजना का लाभ पा रहे हैं। इन परिवारों की राशनकार्ड संख्या ही फैमिली आईडी होगी। फैमिली आईडी पोर्टल https//familyid.up. gov.in/portal/index.html के माध्यम से आईडी उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। यह पोर्टल उन परिवारों को 12 अंकों की विशिष्ट परिवार आईडी प्रदान करने के लिए विकसित किया गया है जो राशन कार्ड धारक नहीं हैं, यहां वे स्वयं को और अपने परिवार के सदस्यों को पोर्टल पर जोड़कर आवेदन कर सकते हैं। भविष्य में सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए फैमिली आईडी से सहूलियत होगी। जो परिवार सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ नहीं ले रहे हैं, वे भी स्वेच्छा से फैमिली आईडी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। परिवार आईडी के लिए बनाई गई कार्ययोजना के अनुसार विभिन्न विभागों के डेटाबेस को जोड़ा जाएगा। ऐसे में विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं में आवेदन करते समय वांछित अभिलेखों को स्कैन कर अपलोड करने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी।

ये होंगे फायदे

-इस आईडी से परिवार के किसी एक सदस्य द्वारा जाति / निवास प्रमाण पत्र आदि प्राप्त करने के बाद परिवार के अन्य सदस्यों द्वारा आवेदन करने की स्थिति में सुगमता से बिना किसी विलम्ब के प्रमाण पत्र उपलब्ध हो सकेगा।
-परिवार में किसी बच्चे के जन्म लेने पर उसे जन्म प्रमाण पत्र के साथ ही जाति प्रमाण पत्र भी आसानी से मिल सकेगा।

Steps to Register –

• To register in Uttar Pradesh Family ID (Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan) 2023, it is necessary to have the mobile number linked in the Aadhaar card of all the family members.
• Step 1 : For registration, the candidate has to first open the link of Uttar Pradesh Government’s Family ID Portal familyid.up.gov.in on his/her mobile/desktop. The direct link to apply will also be found in Some Useful Important link at the bottom of this page.
• Step 2 : The candidate will have to click on the new registration, after that he will have to enter his full name as well as the mobile number which is in the Aadhaar card, after that an OTP verification will have to be done, after that the process of registration will be completed.
• Step 3 : After registration, the candidate will have to login, for that the person will have to do OTP verification along with his mobile number.
• Step 4 : First of all, the person has to write his Aadhaar card number as well as verify through OTP. After verifying, the person’s photo and personal information will appear on the screen, along with some other options will also be seen, such as the information about the candidate’s marital status, if married, then the information of the spouse, details of his work, and mobile number will have to be given.
• Step 5 : Similarly, the person can add the information of other family members such as husband / wife / mother / father / brother / sister / son / daughter and other family members to their family ID card through their Aadhaar card number and OTP verification.
• Step 6 : After adding the information of all the people of the family, you will have to give the details of your address where the process of verification has to be done.
• Step 7 :After checking the complete information, the candidate will have to submit the registration, immediately after that a Family ID and an application number information will appear on the screen.
• Candidates can also get their status information from the application number received.
• Note : Candidate will not be able to make any changes after submission of registration / application form.
