Educational Qualification :
Lower Division Clerk (LDC):
- 12th Class pass from a recognized Board.
- A typing speed of 36 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer (35 wpm and 30 wpm correspond to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word)
Hindi Typist:
- 12th Class pass from a recognized Board.
- A typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer (35 wpm and 30 wpm correspond to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH on average of 5 Key depressions for each word)
Cook (OG):
- Matriculation from a recognized Board with a certificate or diploma in catering:
- 1-year experience in trade.
Store Keeper:
- 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.
Carpenter (SK):
- 10th pass from a recognized Board or Institute. Industrial Training Institute Certificate in the trade of Carpenter from a recognized Institute, OR
- Ex-servicemen in appropriate trade viz. Carpenter Rigger
Painter (Skilled):
- 10th pass from a recognized Board or Institute. Industrial Training Institute Certificate in the trade of Painter from a recognized Institute OR
- Ex-servicemen in appropriate trade viz. Painter
Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS):
- Matriculation pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.
Mess Staff:

Air Force Group C Exam Syllabus 2025
General Intelligence/ Reasoning/ General Awareness : It would include questions of both verbal and non-verbal type. The test will include questions on analogies, similarities and differences, space visualization, problems solving, analysis, judgment, decision making, visual memory, discriminating observation, relation concepts, verbal and figure classification, arithmetical number series, non-verbal series etc. The test will also include question design to test the candidate abilities to deal with abstract ideas and symbols and their relationship, and other analytical functions. The test will also include questions relating to India and its neighboring countries especially pertaining to sports, history, culture, geography, economics scene, general policy including Indian Constitution and scientific research etc. These questions will be such that they do not require special study of any discipline.
Numerical Aptitude : Basic Maths, quadratic equations, use of logarithm & Mathematical tables, average, percentage, ratio and proportion, Determination of area of ellipse, parabola, hyperbola and other irregular, surfaces, Surface area and volume of pyramid, cone, sphere, cylinder etc. with problems, Basic idea of function, limits, continuity, differential and integral calculus, Scalars and vectors, vector algebra, dot, cross and triple product, Matrix algebra, calculation of inverse, Eigen values and Eigen vectors, Elementary logical problems, Elementary statistics-calculation of mean, median, mode, data analysis.
General English : Questions based on passage, Change to passive/ active voice, Punctuation, Use of adjectives, use of verbs, use of pronouns, prepositions, Tenses, Substituting phrasal verbs for expression, One word substitution, Correction of sentences.
Skill/Practical Physical Test : In this Exam the Physical Fitness will be Major.
