Bachelor of Engineering Degree or equivalent from a Central Govt. /State Govt. recognized Institution/University in any of the following disciplines:

7) Instrumentation
Or
M.Sc. (Electronics/ MSc. (Computer Science) From a recognized University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or /an educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament.

Selection Process :
- The Direct Recruitment to the post of JTO will be done through an open competitive examination or through a Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) Score in the disciplines mentioned or,
- Through any other method as approved by the Management Committee of the BSNL Board from time to time.
