Note: Only female candidates will be considered for the ANM course and only Male candidates for MPHW (M) course.
- For ANM: Intermediate (10+2) Passed.
- For GNM: Intermediate (10+2) Passed with English and must have 40% marks in aggregate & English Subject. Registered as ANM with State Nurses Registration Council.
- For MPHW (Male): Intermediate (10+2) Passed.
