Educational Qualification :
- 12th Class Pass from a recognized Board.
- A typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer (35 WPM and 30 WMP correspond to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word)
Age Limit :
- Minimum Age : 18 Years
- Maximum Age : 25 Years

Selection Process :
- All application will be scrutinised in terms of age limits, minimum qualification, documents and certificates.
- Thereafter, eligible candidates will be issued call letters for written test.
- The eligible candidates will be required to appear for written test.
- The written test will be based on minimum education qualification.
- Syllabus for written exam :- General Intelligence & Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, General English, General Awareness
- The question cum answer paper will be in English and Hindi.
- Shortlisted candidates are to bring original certificates, copies of annexure attached with application

- Application as per format given under (typed in English/Hindi), duly supported with the following documents is to reach the concerned Air Force Station through ordinary post.
- All documents in support of Education Qualification, Age, Technical Qualification, Physically Handicapped, Experience Certificate, EWS Certificate & Caste Certificate (issued by the competent civil authorities in case of SC/ ST/ OBC candidates) etc to be accompanied with the application should be self-attested.
- Application form duly typed in English /Hindi with recent photograph (passport size) duly self-attested.
- Any other supporting document (self-attested), Self-addressed envelope with stamp (s) Rs. 10/- pasted.
- Address should be typed in English / Hindi.

Air Force LDC Exam Syllabus 2024
General Intelligence/ Reasoning/ General Awareness : It would include questions of both verbal and non-verbal type. The test will include questions on analogies, similarities and differences, space visualization, problems solving, analysis, judgment, decision making, visual memory, discriminating observation, relation concepts, verbal and figure classification, arithmetical number series, non-verbal series etc. The test will also include question design to test the candidate abilities to deal with abstract ideas and symbols and their relationship, and other analytical functions. The test will also include questions relating to India and its neighboring countries especially pertaining to sports, history, culture, geography, economics scene, general policy including Indian Constitution and scientific research etc. These questions will be such that they do not require special study of any discipline.
Numerical Aptitude : Basic Maths, quadratic equations, use of logarithm & Mathematical tables, average, percentage, ratio and proportion, Determination of area of ellipse, parabola, hyperbola and other irregular, surfaces, Surface area and volume of pyramid, cone, sphere, cylinder etc. with problems, Basic idea of function, limits, continuity, differential and integral calculus, Scalars and vectors, vector algebra, dot, cross and triple product, Matrix algebra, calculation of inverse, Eigen values and Eigen vectors, Elementary logical problems, Elementary statistics-calculation of mean, median, mode, data analysis.
General English : Questions based on passage, Change to passive/ active voice, Punctuation, Use of adjectives, use of verbs, use of pronouns, prepositions, Tenses, Substituting phrasal verbs for expression, One word substitution, Correction of sentences.
Skill/Practical Physical Test : In this Exam the Physical Fitness will be Major.
