Science Subjects :

  • Candidates should have passed Intermediate / 10+2/ Equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and English from an Education Board listed as COBSE member with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. OR
  • Passed 3 years Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics/ Automobile/ Computer Science / Instrumentation Technology / Information Technology) from a Government recognized Polytechnic institute with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in diploma course (or in Intermediate / Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma Course). OR
  • Passed Two years Vocational Course with non-vocational subject viz. Physics and Maths from State Education Boards / Councils which are listed in COBSE with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in vocational course (or in Intermediate / Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Vocational Course)

Other Than Science Subjects :

Phase 1 : Online Test :

  • Eligible candidates will be sent provisional admit cards for Phase – I of testing on their registered e-mail IDs 48-72 hrs prior to the examination, which they will download & take a colour printout and will carry the same to the examination centre on the day of online test as indicated on their respective admit cards to appear in the selection test.
  • This provisional admit card can also be downloaded by the candidate under candidates login on CASB web portal https://agnipathvayu.cdac.in.
  • Online test will be objective type and questions will be bilingual (English & Hindi) except for English paper.
  • Online test for candidates opting for both Science subjects and other than Science subjects shall be conducted in one sitting, on the same system.
  • Candidates are to bring one blue / black pen and original AADHAR card along with them for Phase – I testing.
  • Details of the test are as follows: –
  • (a) Science Subjects: Total duration of the online test shall be 60 minutes and shall comprise of English, Physics and Mathematics as per 10+2 CBSE syllabus.
  • (b) Other Than Science Subjects: Total duration of the online test shall be 45 minutes and shall comprise of English as per 10+2 CBSE syllabus and Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA).
  • (c) Science Subjects & Other Than Science Subjects: Total duration of the online test shall be 85 minutes and shall comprise of English, Physics and Mathematics as per 10+2 CBSE syllabus and Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA).
  • (d) Marking pattern for online test:-
  • (i) One mark for every correct answer.
  • (ii) Nil (0) marks for un attempted question.
  • (iii) 0.25 marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer.

Phase 2 Selection

  • Soon after the declaration of the result of Phase-I (Online) Test, a cut off will be applied based on the marks scored by the candidates in the Phase I Test and SHORTLISTED candidates will be sent a New admit card on their registered e-mail IDs for phase – II test at a designated ASC.
  • These admit card for Phase-II exam can also be downloaded online under candidate’s login on CASB web portal https://agnipathvayu.cdac.in.
  • Candidates have to report on the stipulated date and time for Phase-II at the designated ASC along with following documents:-
  • (a) Colour print out of admit card for Phase-II.
  • (b) Colour print out of duly filled application form downloaded on completion of online registration.
  • (c) HB pencil, eraser, sharpener, glue stick, stapler and black/blue ball point pen for writing.
  • (d) Eight copies of un-attested passport size colour photograph (which was used for the online application registration).
  • (e) Original and four self-attested photocopies of matriculation passing certificate (required for verification of candidate’s name, father’s name and his date of birth).
  • (f) Original and four self-attested photocopies of matriculation marks sheet (only applicable for three years diploma course holders when English is not a subject in diploma course).
  • (g) Original and four self-attested photocopies of Intermediate / 10+2 / equivalent examination passing certificate and marks sheet. OR
  • Original and four self-attested photocopies of three years diploma course passing certificate and marks sheets of all semesters. OR
  • Original and four self-attested photocopies of two years vocational course passing certificate and all marks sheets including non-vocational course with subjects English, Physics and Mathematics.
  • (h) Certificate for SOAFP (Son of Air Force Personnel), including certificate for sons of serving / retired / deceased Air Force civilian employees.
  • (j) Original Phase-I admit card used during Phase-I test bearing Air Force seal and invigilator’s signature.
  • (k) Original and four self-attested photocopies of NCC ‘A’, ‘B’ or ‘C’ certificate (if applicable).

Mandatory Medical Standards

  • Height: Minimum acceptable height is 152.5 cms
  • Chest: Minimum range of expansion: 5 cm
  • Weight: Proportionate to height and age.
  • Corneal Surgery (PRK / LASIK) is not acceptable. Visual requirements as applicable as per Indian Air Force standards.
  • Hearing: Candidate should have normal hearing i.e. able to hear forced whisper from a distance of 6 meters with each ear separately.
  • Dental: Should have healthy gums, good set of teeth and minimum 14 dental points.

Agniveer Vayu Physical Fitness Test (PFT)

  • 1.6 Km run to be completed within 06 minutes 30 seconds.
  • Candidates shall also have to complete 10 Push-ups, 10 Sit-ups and 20 Squats within the stipulated time to qualify in the Physical Fitness Test.

अग्निपथ योजना क्या है?

आर्मी, एयरफोर्स और नेवी में भर्ती के लिए रक्षा मंत्रालय ने नई प्रक्रिया अपनाई है। इसे ‘अग्निपथ’ नाम दिया गया है। नए सैनिकों को ‘अग्निवीर’ कहा जाएगा।

अग्निपथ योजना के तहत नई भर्ती कब शुरू होगी?

ले. जनरल अनिल पुरी ने बताया कि अग्निवीरों की पहली रैली 90 दिन के भीतर शुरू हो जाएगी। पहला बैच 2024 में आएगा।

सेना में भर्ती की योग्यता क्या होगी?

सिपाहियों, एयरमैन और सेलर्स की भर्ती होगी। आयु साढ़े 17 साल से 21  23 Years Only For First Recruitment। बाकी योग्‍यता शर्तें वही रहेंगी जो अभी हैं।

भर्ती के तरीके में कोई बदलाव है?

नहीं। मेरिट आधारित भर्ती होगी।

अग्निवीरों की ट्रेनिंग कैसे होगीकितने दिन चलेगी?

नई प्रक्रिया में, अग्निवीरों को बेहद टेक्निकल माहौल में ट्रेन किया जाएगा। यह ट्रेनिंग 10 सप्‍ताह से लेकर अधिकतम छह महीने चलेगी।

अग्निवीरों की नौकरी कितने साल की होगी?

ट्रेनिंग पीरियड मिलाकर कुल चार साल की सर्विस होगी।

अग्निवीरों को कितनी सैलरी मिलेगी?

ले. जनरल अनिल पुरी के अनुसार, पहले साल अग्निवीरों को करीब 4.76 लाख रुपये का सैलरी पैकेज मिलेगा। हर साल इसमें इजाफा होगा। चौथे साल में वेतन बढ़कर करीब 6.92 लाख रुपये हो जाएगा।

चार साल के बाद क्या होगा?

चार साल के बाद, अग्निवीर रेगुलर कैडर के लिए अप्‍लाई कर सकते हैं। सेना एक बैच के अधिकतम 25% अग्निवीरों को परमानेंट सर्विस देगी। अगर अग्निवीर एयरफोर्स या नेवी जॉइन करने का फैसला करते हैं तो उन्‍हें खास ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी।

किसी तरह की पेंशन मिलेगी?

नहीं। मगर ‘सेवा निधि’ का फायदा जरूर मिलेगा। हालांकि इस फंड के लिए अग्निवीरों की मासिक सैलरी का 30% काटा जाएगा। इतनी ही रकम सरकार जमा करेगी। चार साल की सर्विस के बाद ‘सेवा निधि’ में जमा रकम ब्‍याज सहित मिल जाएगी जो करीब 11.71 लाख रुपये बैठेगी।

अगर सर्विस के दौरान वीरगति को प्राप् हुए तो?

सभी अग्निवीरों का 48 लाख रुपये का नॉन-प्रीमियम इंश्‍योरेंस कवर होगा। ड्यूटी के दौरान मृत्‍यु होने पर 44 लाख रुपये की अतिरिक्‍त अनुग्रह राशि मिलेगी। इसके अलावा, परिवार को सेवा निधि सहित चार सालों तक सेवा न किए गए हिस्‍से का भी भुगतान किया जाएगा।

अगर दिव्यांग हुए तो?

जितने प्रतिशत अक्षमता होगी, उसके आधार पर मुआवजा दिया जाएगा। 100% अक्षमता पर 44 लाख रुपये, 75% अक्षमता पर 25 लाख रुपये और 50% अक्षमता पर 15 लाख रुपये दिए जाएंगे।

अग्निपथ योजना में महिलाएं भी होंगी?

सेना प्रमुख जनरल मनोज पांडे ने कहा कि अग्निपथ योजना का उद्देश्य सशस्त्र बलों में भर्ती में आमूल-चूल परिवर्तन लाना है। वहीं नौसेना प्रमुख एडमिरल आर. हरि कुमार ने जानकारी दी कि अग्निपथ योजना के तहत महिलाओं को भी सशस्त्र सेनाओं में शामिल किया जाएगा।
