Salary Details :
EL provides a stipend during training and a different pay structure following successful completion and absorption.
During Training
- Training Duration: 1 Year
- Monthly Stipend: ₹34,200
- HRA: As applicable, if company bachelor accommodation is not provided

After Successful Training
Candidates may be absorbed into the regular Tradesman position in W-3 grade.
